Mineral Processing Plant

A mineral processing plant in Southern Johannesburg approached us in early 2016 to help them reduce their electricity costs. This plant was running at a power factor of 0.76.

By installing a power factor correction system worth R210,000 on 20/2/16, we helped this customer reduce his maximum demand by 24%, which translated into a monthly reduction in electricity costs of R15,000.
